Andrey Atiukin (Master43) has sent us pictures of a very interesting toy made by a "Gotoval>nia" (a box for drawing tools) factory that still exists in Moscow. This factory used to belong to NKOM. NKOM stands for "Narodniy Komissariat Obshego Mashinostroeniya" - "Offise of Peoples Commissar of General Machine-Building". Happy Thanksgiving to everybody who is in the US today!!!
