| Alex, I think I know what is confusing you. The "Dutch Auction" is a term, it does not literally mean that the auction is in The Land of Dutch :-). What it really means is that there are several identical items offered for sale. There are also specific rules associeated with this auction that are different from the single-item aucitons.
